About the product
Heartz Hydro Hearts are heart-shaped hydrocolloid pimple patches made to protect, cover and care for pimples. They help absorb fluid from surface-level spots while protecting the area from touching, picking, dirt and outside bacteria. Cute skincare, but functional. Each pack contains 32 heart-shaped hydrocolloid patches. Each patch is for single use only and should not be reused.
Best use
Heartz Hydro Hearts work best on surface-level pimples, especially whiteheads or spots that contain fluid. They may be less effective on deep under-the-skin pimples, because hydrocolloid works best when the spot is closer to the surface. They can help protect individual pimples and absorb fluid from surface-level spots, but they are not a medical acne treatment.
How to apply
Apply the patch to clean, dry skin. Cleanse your skin, make sure the area is fully dry, place the patch directly on the pimple and leave it on for 6+ hours or overnight. Remove gently and replace with a new patch if needed. For best results, apply the patch before moisturizer, oils, SPF or makeup.
Wear time and results
We recommend wearing one patch for at least 6 hours or overnight. If the patch turns white or looks swollen, it usually means the hydrocolloid has absorbed fluid. Many people notice a difference after 6+ hours or overnight, especially on whiteheads or pimples with fluid. Results vary depending on your skin type, the type of pimple and how early you apply the patch.
Application tips
This usually happens when the skin is not fully clean or dry. For the best hold, apply the patch to clean, dry skin, use it before moisturizer, oils, SPF or makeup, avoid touching the sticky side and press the patch down gently after applying. Oil, sweat, skincare and makeup can make the patch lift faster.
Daily use
Yes, you can wear makeup over or around the patch. For best results, apply the patch first to clean, dry skin and then apply makeup gently. You can also use skincare, but apply the patch first and use skincare around the patch instead of underneath it. Overnight use is recommended. You can exercise while wearing it, but sweat may cause the patch to loosen faster.
Sensitive skin and safety
Hydrocolloid is generally gentle, but every skin is different. If you have very sensitive skin, allergies to plasters or adhesives, eczema, damaged skin or you use prescribed acne medication, we recommend testing first on a small area or speaking to a doctor or dermatologist. Stop using immediately if you experience redness, itching, swelling, pain, burning or irritation.

Do not use Heartz Hydro Hearts on deep wounds, burns, infected skin, heavily irritated skin or severely damaged skin. The patches are designed for surface-level pimples, not for medical wound care. Heartz Hydro Hearts are cosmetic pimple patches. They are not medicine, not a medical device and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent acne or any skin condition.
Shipping countries
Heartz ships to the Netherlands and other selected countries. Available shipping countries are shown automatically during checkout. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you. If your country is not available, we currently do not ship there yet. For orders outside the EU, import duties, VAT, customs charges or handling fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or refunded by Heartz.
Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing: Netherlands 2–5 business days, Belgium and Germany 3–7 business days, other European countries 5–12 business days and countries outside Europe 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to busy periods, launches, holidays, customs checks, local courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and refunds
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products, including pimple patches, cannot be returned. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, as long as the product is sealed, unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is caused by an error from our side, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.
Order help and contact
If your package is delayed, please check your tracking first. If tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, check your mailbox, neighbours, building reception, safe places around your address and whether someone else in your household accepted the package. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery status showing as delivered. If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours after delivery. If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. Include your order number, clear photos and a short explanation.
